The Word in Earthen Vessels: Scripture, Seers, and the Living Voice of the Lord with Ryan Sharp (October 2, 2026)
In this lecture from BYU’s Wonder of Scripture series, Ryan Sharp explores how scripture can become a transformative, sacramental encounter with Jesus Christ. Drawing on ancient prophets, early Christian thinkers, Latter-day Saint prophets, and experiences from his own life, Sharp considers how scripture leads readers from the word of God to the living Word—and how the Lord speaks through imperfect but inspired servants.
