Nathaniel Wiewora is an assistant professor of history at Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Delaware. He is currently working on a monograph about antebellum evangelical perceptions of Mormonism. These interactions influenced the histories of anti-Mormonism, American evangelicalism, and religious intolerance.
