Devon Bollin hails from St. Louis, MO, and is currently pursuing a double major in philosophy and history with a strong emphasis in Christian theology at BYU. His research interests include: the Book of Mormon, atonement, temple theology, sacramentology, and discipleship formation. His work with Terryl Givens and others at the Maxwell Institute has been a learning experience of both mind and spirit, forcing him to draw on training in both disciplines to faithfully confront challenging questions with intellectual and spiritual rigor and honesty. The process is often profoundly uncomfortable yet deeply satisfying and faith-affirming. Devon spends his free time reading, watching films, writing and playing music, and winning (not merely playing) board games. [2025]
