Dr. M. Gerald Bradford, who has served as the executive director of the Maxwell Institute since 2008, will be retiring after 20 years at Brigham Young University. Dr. Bradford has had a remarkable academic and administrative career serving at several distinguished universities and institutions.

The BYU administration is pleased to announce that a national search for the next director of the Maxwell Institute will soon be initiated under the direction of the Academic Vice President. The university is confident that this process, with the attendant discussion and deliberation, will yield new leadership that will build on the solid foundation forged by all those who have labored so diligently within the Maxwell Institute.
