Olivia Moskot is a research assistant for Dr. Janiece Johnson. She is currently working to provide evidence affirming the use of the Book of Mormon as scripture in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints during its formative years. Olivia was born and raised in Iowa, where she joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 19 years old. Two years after joining the Church, she served full-time in the Kentucky, Louisville Mission. She now studies English at Brigham Young University, where she actively participates in the French Club, the BYU College Democrats, and acts as a tutor for various literature and writing courses. She has a black belt in Kum-Do, has received multiple medals and honors for improvisational speech and acting, and insists that she really is much less serious and less impressive than her resume makes her sound.
