Neylan McBaine is the CEO of Better Days, a non-profit organizing a campaign to celebrate the 150th anniversary of women voting in Utah, the first place a woman did so in the United States, in the year 2020. As a marketer, Neylan was most recently the CMO of Brain Chase. As an advocate for women, Neylan is the author of the best-selling book Women at Church: Magnifying LDS Women’s Local Impact, and founder of the Mormon Women Project.
