Naomi Mortensen is a senior Sociology student with a minor in Middle Eastern Studies/Arabic. She enjoys using a contextual history lens to apply ancient scripture to modern understanding of the Qur’an as a Research Assistant to Dr. Morgan Davis. Her aspirational goal includes improving best legal and social practices for vulnerable demographics. In her spare time, Naomi likes to ride dressage and jump horses.
