Mark Ellison is an associate professor of Ancient Scripture and affiliate faculty in Ancient Near Eastern Studies and Global Women’s Studies. Ellison’s research focuses on early Christian texts, artifacts, and visual art. He is the author of The Visual Rhetoric of the Married Laity in Late Antiquity and the co-editor of Ancient Christians: An Introduction for Latter-day Saints.
